W&M MRRC Club History

The Wisconsin & Michigan Model Railroad Club was formed on 9 April 1987 with 16 members from the local area.

Since that time, the club has grown to more than 50 members.  Members live in the neighboring towns of Marinette, Menominee, Peshtigo, Oconto, Crivitz, Coleman, Shawano, Green Bay, Kingsford, Iron Mountain, Norway, and Hermansville.  Some members live as far away as Oshkosh, Stevens Point, LaCrosse, Wisconsin Rapids, Milwaukee, WI.   Out of State members are from Stambaugh, Iron River, Ionia, and Marquette, MI, and Havre, MT, Mesa, AZ, and St. Paul, MN.

Most of the club members have model railroad layouts at home.  Scales they model include O, HO, N, Sn3, and G
